How to Make Strawberry Yogurt Oatmeal Pudding: A Delicious International Treat

A healthy dessert option, strawberry yogurt oatmeal pudding can be prepared swiftly without requiring an oven.

Ingredients:

- Yogurt: 4 cups

- Oatmeal: 120 grams

- Fresh milk: 350-400 milliliters

- Strawberries: 200 grams

- Gelatin: 20 grams

- Sugar (to taste)

Preparation steps:

- Clean the strawberries, chop them into tiny bits, and crush them using a fork.

Place the oatmeal in a bowl, mix in the yogurt and smashed strawberries, stir well, and let it sit for 10 minutes until the oats swell and become soft.

- Allow the gelatin to absorb moisture until it swells. Heat the milk gently, then mix in the swollen gelatin along with the sugar, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.

- Transfer the gelatin mixture into the bowl containing the yogurt-oatmeal-strawberry blend, mix thoroughly, then transfer this to a serving dish shaped like a circle or a heart.

- Place the pudding in the refrigerator for two to three hours. Next, puree several strawberries with hot water, mix in softened gelatin along with sugar, let this concoction chill until it thickens slightly, then pour it over the chilled pudding to create an additional rosy layer. Return it to the fridge afterwards.

- Heat the exterior of the pudding package using a hairdryer to ease out the pudding. Top it off with additional strawberries for decoration. Serve and enjoy!
