Ramada Encore and Impact Yes Team Up to Boost Nepal’s Hospitality Sector

Kathmandu, April 29 - The Ramada Encore Kathmandu, an elite four-star hotel, along with the U.S.-based leadership development organization Impact Yes, has declared a collaborative effort aimed at setting new benchmarks for leadership within Nepal’s hospitality sector.

The accord, which was signed at the Ramada Encore Kathmandu, seeks to bolster team capabilities, enhance service quality, and establish fresh standards for the region. According to statements from both firms, this partnership will incorporate psychologically-based training initiatives designed to encourage creativity, increase employee involvement, and reinforce customer-focused approaches.

Guests are at the core of our hospitality," stated Mahesh Phuyal, General Manager of Ramada Encore Kathmandu. "By investing in the development of our team’s leadership skills, we ensure competitiveness and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Futuristic leadership hinges on empathy and purpose," stated Kovid Panthy, co-founder of Impact Yes. "This collaboration aims to empower Nepal’s hospitality experts to succeed in an ever-changing international arena.

Kim Baaden, the Germany-based co-founder of Impact Yes, underscored the importance of the human aspect, saying, "Successful leadership begins with building strong connections. United, we will enhance Ramada Encore’s dedication to both staff and visitors, establishing fresh standards for exceptional service in an intensely competitive global landscape."
